I’ve had a very positive experience working with Dr. Usha Satish .she listened to me carefully without judgment and explained things in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt comfortable opening up from the beginning.

She helped me understand my emotions better like angry is emotion and how I react is my behaviour , so it's ok to be angry once a while but it's important how I behave at that moment and gave me tools I actually use in everyday situations.Sometimes sessions felt a bit time is running away, but overall the support was very valuable.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive and thoughtful therapist.

Took a session with Usha Mam and am feeling much better in one session to be honest. She was patient throughout the session and made me feel safe and heard. She gave a different perspective to my thoughts which I had not seen so far. Will work on it and definitely will go for more sessions with her.
