I had a really complicated Fistula formed in my lower back (buttock) which persisted for a very long time (a span of 1.5ys approx). Before meeting Dr. Manjunath Joshi , I visited many other doctors specialising in ano rectal department and went through three consecutive surgeries within a period of 6 months but the problem still persisted without any progress. I was suffering severe pain and could not do my daily work , fortunately I was referred to Dr. Manjunath Joshi by one of known diagnostic center in Bangalore. When I consulted

Dr. Manjunath Joshi , He treated me with utmost care and thoroughly explained the problem by having a detailed madical examination and reviewing reports and scans. He suggested to opt for Laser cum Kshar Sutra surgery for Fistula with reassurance that it would not occur again. I went through the surgery on 30th October 2021. I have had a prior lower hip surgery that prevents me from moving my leg like an average person , so this turned out to be a problem since the Fistula was formed on my lower back and they had to perform the surgery in a perticular position which I could not be in. Even with this problem , Dr Manjunath Joshi tried his very best to get the surgery done in an unusual position while also keeping me comfortable. since the Fistula itself was complicated in my case and I also could not lay down in a proper position for the surgery , the operation took 2 hours more than usual. Everything went smoothly though even with all the complications , Dr Manjunath Joshi managed to successfully get the surgery done while also making sure I was as comfortable as possible. after the procedure I had 4 consecutive post surgery Kshar Sutra treatment and right now the Fistula completely cured. It has been 5 months now and I haven't suffered any since and I am doing great! I would like to thank Dr. manjunath Joshi for the bottom of my heart for treating me so well with utmost care. I would REALLY recommend Dr. Manjunath Joshi for the treatment of all the ano rectal problems.

About my health issue and treatment at Deergayu Ayurvedic Center: I had been suffering from Anal fissure/Pile from 2017. Initially I took Allopathic treatment for one month. After that I strictly controlled my diet and maintained the discomfort since last year. Last year the condition was little severe.Thus I was in search of a best treatment for my health issue. I luckily, met Dr.Shwethaji as we both hails from Kasaragod, Kerala. I had discussed my health issue with her. She assured me pain free daily life, if I undergo the advanced treatment at Deergayu by the Anorectal Specialist Dr.Joshi Sir. So I planned my trip to Deergayu to treat my Anal fissure/ Pile with Dr.Joshi Sir. I discussed my health issue with Dr.Joshi Sir, who well explained my Anal fissure/Pile status after internal check up (Video Rectoscopy) and suggested for Surgery (Advanced Modern Technology incorporated Ayurvedic Treatment). Undergone Pre Surgery health check up & next day morning I had undergone sugery, smoothly under Dr.Joshi Sir's team at Deergayu. After surgery there was a complication of BP fluctuation. But Dr.Joshi Sir, well handled the situation by shifting me to nearby Rajashri Gandhim Hospital for observation. By evening, everything was normal and Dr.discharged me only after making me courageous enough to walk freely. I had stayed in Bengaluru for 10 days for post surgery check up.As my wound healing was in proper way Dr.Sir changed my Medication Chart from Allopathic to Ayurvedic Medicine for next 15 days and allowed me to travel to my native and told me to discuss the wound healing status at regular interval. I had followed Dr.'s prescription as a whole till two months by modifying the medication as per the wound healing status . After that no medication...Thank You Dr. for no over usage of medicines. I have some Suggestion:

As you are doing a great humanity help to poor Patients at Deergayu, if somebody says that you are doing unallowed work by only seeing the limited facility at Deergayu...so please make some modifications at the OT/ Treatment place appealing those ignorant blinds.

I think lots of poor patients are here, who are unaware of this Advanced Modern Technology incorporated Ayurvedic Treatment for Anorectal problems. So I have a request to you Dr. Couple, please make a move to start a small clinic at Kasaragod , Kerala.

I have never met a doctor who is more humble than Dr. Manjunath Joshi. He is a highly skilled professional for Ano-rectal diseases specially for fistula, fissure and piles.

I have been suffering from Anal fistula for a year. I also had a failed surgery which aggravated the problem even more, causing severe constipation, fissure and even piles because of that. It has been the most difficult time of my life and I was completely exhausted. I started to believe there is no cure for fistula and I have to live with it my whole life as I had lost all hope in doctors after a failed surgery. But in march 2024, I finally decided to get treatment and consulted with multiple doctors, I was not satisfied with any doctor as I had a complex case and was very skeptical in going through the surgery again but when I met with Dr Manjunath Joshi, all my worries were half-gone just after the first meeting. The way he explained the problem and did the diagnosis was eye opening. He assured me that I will be cured and answered all the questions thoroughly with patience. He performed a minimal invasive laser procedure along with Ksharsutra.
