Visited doctor for left jaw pain and left cheek discomfort. I was examined thoroughly and was given detailed explanation of the cause. I was referred to oral surgeon for my left cheek discomfort and the best part is, doctor consulted the oral surgeon herself and fixed and appointment with him the very next day (So I didn’t have to wander looking for a good oral surgeon) I met the oral surgeon in Dr Arati’s clinic as she had arranged for my appointment (mind you this is not a general clinic, it’s fully equipped to perform surgeries as well) I was diagnosed and was advised medication which is very very simple. Dr Arati DID NOT CHARGE FOR HER CONSULTATION AS WELL FOR MY SECOND VISIT THOUGH I MET HER AND SHOWED MY SCANNED REPORT OF MY TEETH AND THE ORAL SURGEON IN HER CLINIC. Not to forget to mention this.. she has taken complete precautions keeping in mind of this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. You will will be completely sanitised from head to toe, your temperature is checked , pulse check is done, you will be given gloves, head cap, foot cap and complete body cover so that you are not infected. I would recommend Dr Arati to anyone who has issues with their dentals.

Doc has over 25 years of experience is very friendly and an expert and her capable team - explain all the issues while providing immediate affordable solutions. Toothwala is a quaint little clinic tucked away in Basavanagudi. I went there with my mom as both of us had severe teeth issues that were ignored for a long time. In less than a week, the process has started with antibiotics helping get rid of infections and now we've got implants and will soon have good looking, functional teeth! The dental clinic is well-maintained and hygiene is their priority. I would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Aarthi for any tooth issues and rectifications.

Very friendly and experienced doctor. The staff was also professional and always ready on side of the doctor during every procedure. Dr. Arati is so patient with all the explanation and makes you feel totally comfortable at any given time. And every procedure was done so smooth and clean without any problem.

I was also given proper precautionary disposable wears like gloves, masks, hair cover, apron and even for the feet and tests be done for COVID19 like temperature and blood oxygen level just after being sanitised top to bottom.

My mom had tooth pain and face swelling that became severe in the night. I was very happy to consult with Dr Arati who responded immediately after booking the consultation. She listened patiently, diagnosed and explained the issue to us patiently. She was also available to follow-up to check on my mother's condition, which was a very reassuring experience. Thank you Dr. Aarti.The Practo app however has some issue, where we are unable to mark the consultation as completed, even after few hours. I hope they can fix the same soon.

I visited Arati Ma'am for my dental issues, i had a lot of issues with my tooth. Ma'am took an x-ray and clearly explained me all the issues that needed to be addressed. I had to remove Wisdom tooth, Root canal, remove previously kept metal filling and Cap fitting. Ma'am did each one of them as informed. Ma'am was so friendly, positive and guided me properly. i am totally satisfied with my treatment and the overall safety at the clinic. each time, i was given cap, sox, gloves and a kit for my trearment.

Such an amazing Dentist. She clearly explained the problem, gave me suggestions and explained the process. Post procedure, she explained the Do's and Dont's I need to take care of.

From next day on, she constantly follows up on how I am doing and need any help. Such a helpful and friendly dentist.

Also the clinic is maintained in a clean fashion. Patients are sanitized before entering and given required kits to enter. Also post procedure, the place is sanitized before the next patient comes in.

Dr. Arati is extremely proficient in her work and understanding. She is quick to understand your problem and gives the patient sufficient time to help them navigate to the required dental solution.

We were apprehensive of visiting a dentist due to the Pandemic. When we approached Toothwala for an appointment, we were asked to fill up a health declaration online before visiting the clinic and we were sent a video of the covid compliant clinic and the protocols followed. . That gave us some assurance of safety. When we actually visited the clinic we were pleasantly surprised to see that every possible precautions were taken to ensure the patients' safety.

And Dr. Aarti Sundar Rajan understood my problem, and explained the best way to treat it.

Visited Dr.Arati for RCT procedure. Was highly impressed with the Covid precautions taken here. Before you even enter the clinic door you are sprayed with the disinfectant which is completely safe, once you enter you are provided with a head gear, gloves, gear for your feet and a body gear.Arati Mam will listen to your problems patiently and does an initial analysis of your teeth, then takes an X-ray on both the sides of your Jaw. She then explains the problems in detail and also indicates if there are any problems that may arise in future.Coming to the RCT procedure, it was completely painless. Did not even know when the procedure was over. Highlight is the post follow-up by Dr.Arati. It is really a great gesture which gives comfort and confidence.I would highly recommend Dr. Arati for any of your dental problems and rest assured, you are in the best and safe hands!

It was good time with the doctor. She was able to listen to me carefully. And I felt comfortable because I can speak with her in mother tongue. She has helped me by giving indepth information about my cause and temporary solution as well. And also gave light on how much severe the issue of mine and what need to do. Anyway draw back of online consultation is not able to examine us physically which most of the patients need.
