Dr.Fahim is a gem of the person. I visited him for my mother's Knee Replacement. The entire process right from visiting him first time, prep for the surgery, getting the knee replacement done, hospital admission, discharge, and post-operative care for 1 month -- all the phases have been so smooth and nice that I don't have many words to describe it. Dr Fahim is very friendly, advised the best treatment and way forward according to my mom's health condition, and most importantly gave her the confidence that the surgery could be done. My mom has been super happy after getting the surgery done by the doctor just because he has been so supportive and caring about us. He brings smile to the face of the patients and I think that matters the most during the sickness time.

I would recommend Dr for anybody and you will find the same what I wrote about it.

All of a sudden I had an ear infection and my right ear hearing power was lost. I consulted a dr from reputed hospital within 48 hours and he advised me ear surgery and placement of some medical device inside my ear. A surgery was scary and frightful for me so I said no. He gave me 5 days medicine and said if the hearing power doesn't return after 5 days then the surgery is must. Unfortunately, after 5 days also my situation dint improve. Then my doctor friend suggested me to visit Dr. Sunitha Madhavan for 2nd opinion. I visited her and told my condition. She is the most humble patient doctor and gives ample time to understand and explain the condition. She gave me medicine for just 2 days and I healed completely. We had visited for ear wax removal for my elderly mother of 65+ years, who is also diabetic. *** ****** ** ************* *** ******** ** *** ******** *** ********* **** ** ***** ** ******** ** ** *** **** **** ***** * **** ** ***** *** ****** But on the request of our mother, she empathised with us and went ahead with wax removal procedure successfully that lasted 20 minutes or so. She is a charmer, both with her communication and her correct diagnosis. I just told her about my allergic sneezing issue and the very first question she asked was “have you recently shifted to bangalore “ and wow she was right as the experience speaks for itself. She suggested me some of the possible allergens like cockroach pallets, dust, pollution but I insisted that please tell me what exactly it is. She very generously guided me that there more than 40 tests to detect exact allergy and that too are very costly which will not at all worthy to find. She convinced me and handled my panic very patiently. I visited her approximately 1 month after my joining, probably in august end or mid September. She prescribed me vozet 5 mg and one more antibiotic or something not sure, but that worked insanely and it got better in 2-3 weeks as these allergies take time to settle down. Thanks for being so kind to me, not all apples in a basket are same.

Had consulted Dr Fahim on 3 occasions -- all Orthopaedic (bone) connected... a Tail bone issue, severe knee pain issue & very recently, after a minor fall causing arm injury. We visited Dr Shilpa for consulting for my 23 months old's viral fever. He had caught a severe one just 4-5 months back, so we were taking extra precaution this time. After listening to the fever pattern and looking at kid's current state, she suggested to continue with the home medication and observe for next 2 days. She comforted us by suggesting to take similar approach in future and not worry if there are no major signs of illness apart from fever. She is the first doctor I ve ever consulted who suggested that such viral fevers do not even need her involvement and usually go on their own.
