Dr Aditya has a strong academic background, and to his credit have published several scientific articles in peer reviewed journals which he presented in State & National Orthopaedic Conferences. He is also the recipient of Best Paper & Publication Award at the State Conference in 2019. His strong interest in teaching and training has been widely acknowledged and appreciated, he has been awarded the Trainee of the year at Saifee Hospital, Mumbai in 2013.
