I had a large endometriotic cyst, while my husband had very low sperm count and motility (OATS). My ovarian reserve was also borderline, making our case quite challenging. From our very first consultation, Dr. Prachee gave us confidence and hope. She initially advised medications and lifestyle modifications to improve both egg and sperm quality and patiently counselled us regarding the treatment options available.

Considering our medical condition, Dr. Prachee explained that some patients with similar challenges may require more than one IVF cycle and prepared us for every possibility. However, thanks to her excellent planning, clinical expertise, and the personalized protocol she selected for me, we did not need a second IVF cycle. We were blessed with success in our very first IVF cycle itself, and I conceived in the first attempt.
