It was great..
He listened to our problem and did his best to explain even the smallest thing..he was very supportive and had a lot of patience, not even a single time i felt he was ignoring or getting bored, since the beginning and till the end he listened and helped us to diagnose the problem..

Happened to meet Doctor BSS Sainath 5 years back in Apollo Jubilee Hills, with some Gastro and digestion issue. I had a very bad experience during the consultation; while explaining my problem he told me to first answer his question instead me talking about my problem. In a jiffy he took me with a lot of instructions, that I have to follow through for the coming weeks. Confused with some instruction on the prescription I asked for some clarification, he asked that whether I am going to college or doing a job. For a moment I didn't get what he wanted out of me, he then told me I have already written on the prescription, again you are making go through that.
He is very impatient to repeat, and I felt embarrassed. Few of the queries pertaining to the problem were left unanswered. Finally, he put the prescription towards me and was looking at my face, indicating you can go. After waiting for 2 hours (everybody is busy in this world, even he has a Personal Assistant and he didn't let her know to inform the patients that he is getting late), he was in so rush to finish the consultation and walked me out in less than 1 and half minute.
I chose him because of his vast experience in the gastro division and couldn't make a simple conversation with a patient. After paying a premium consultation and waiting for ~2 hours (His assistant told me that he is in operation theater, common to hear in the most of the OPD sections).
In spite of the history, I happened to visit him again today for the same problem and I regret my decision, exact same behavior in him and came out with a huge disappointment. After the consultation, * **** ** ******* ** **** ***** **** ******* *********** I expected some suggestions to come over my problem and good medication from these Senior doctors having 33 years of exp., who fail to listen and understand the patient in the first place.
I am wondering looking at these previous reviews, I feel I met the wrong Doctor in Apollo. :-)***** * **** *** **** *** ***** ********* **** ****** ***** ****** ** ** *** *** ********* ***** ******* ** ******** ** **** **** ***** ******. I would suggest any other doctor in Gastro of Apollo, except him !!
