Hi, I’m Aakanksha Chitnis-Gupte, a Neurodivergent Parenting Coach and Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with 12+ years of experience working with autistic and neurodivergent children and their families. I work with parents who often find themselves overwhelmed, confused, emotionally exhausted, and searching for the “right” way to support their child. My goal is to help families move away from fear and pressure, and toward deeper understanding, connection, and confidence in their parenting journey.I support parents of autistic and neurodivergent children in understanding communication differences, emotional regulation, sensory needs, behaviours, relationships, and everyday challenges through a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming approach. Rather than focusing only on correcting behaviours or chasing milestones, I help parents understand what their child may actually be communicating underneath those behaviours.My work is rooted in the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, accepted, connected, and understood. And for that to happen, parents themselves need support, clarity, and emotional grounding.With a background in child development, communication, and family-centered intervention, I guide parents through practical and emotionally sustainable strategies that can be integrated into daily life. I believe parenting a neurodivergent child should not feel like constantly “fixing” your child.
