********* disappointing *** *********** experience at Kamat Hospital.

I visited Kamat Hospital for a pregnancy-related consultation. Initially, Madam advised me to undergo a sonography and bring the report so that she could guide me regarding the next treatment. I followed her instructions and got the sonography done.

Unfortunately, by the time I returned with the report, Madam had already left. Since we had already waited and needed medical advice, my husband and I decided to consult Sir, who was available at the hospital. We waited for him, expecting that he would review my report and guide me appropriately.

While waiting, I was feeling physically weak, so I was resting on a chair with my head against the wall. **** *** ***** ******* ** ******** ** ** ********** ** ***** ****** ** ***** ** ***** ****** *** *****

Later, while passing through the general ward, Sir again made a remark about giving me the tablets:********* ***** ***** *** *******

* ***** *** *** ***** ******** **** **** **** ************* *** *************. I was a patient in a vulnerable and sensitive situation, and I expected privacy, dignity and professional communication.

I also want to mention my interaction with the assistant doctor. Although she explained the medicines to me, *** *** *** ***** ** ** **** **** ****** *** ************** ** ****** *** **** ******** ** ******* *** *** *** ** * ****** ****** **** ** * ******** * ******** * ************ *** ********** ****** ** **************

I had followed the instructions given to me. I underwent the sonography and returned with the report. * ********* ** *** ********** **** * *** **** ** ******* ***** ****** ** ** **** *******

Patients come to hospitals during vulnerable and stressful situations. They deserve privacy, dignity, empathy and respectful communication, especially when discussing sensitive reproductive-health matters.

I am sharing my experience honestly *** **** *** ******** ********** ***** **** ******** ********* ** **** ***** ******** ** *** **** ** ********** *** **** ************* *** *********

The doctor is very rude. **** *** ***** *** ******** *** *** ****** *** *** ******* ***** ** ***** ******* ** ** ******** ********* **** ****** *** ******* ******* *** ******* No privacy for patients. When i refused to assistant doctor for internal investigation she said ok. Now my turn came and i said same to him, i just want general check up now and for internal checking i would prefer female doctor. He shouted " yeh male female wale yaha na laya karo, bacha kya naak(nose) se niklega" . It was insulting for me. ******** ** ********* *** *** **** *** **** but it is patients choice to be comfortable first. And without checking my reports anything, he asked me to leave with his assistant doctor and said she will look into it. the assistant doctor didnt checked my reports also. I m very hurt with the behaviour. I would not recommend this doctor, purely on his behaviour and short temperness. He should understand the sentiments of patients and see how much they are comfortable at first visit.

Doctor was rude.

Lot of waiting time in spite of appointment

No privacy at all. There were 6 patients at a time in his OPD.

The dr does not explain the report himself but his assistant dr.

If you ask any question you will get a question in return, which can sound insulting.

We have visited Dr.vaijayanti madam for having recurring dry cough due to some infection to my 5months pregnant wife. The time scheduling is very proper and well structured. Even though the doctor is so much senior then also she explains all the things with ease and patience without any outraze.

He is extremely intelligent and he always clears all my doubts I had a normal delivery in this hospital and would like to recommend it...

My first experience is-

Too much bad service, doctore is so rudely talking with patients, i was appoint with dr. Amit kamat but Dr.Amit was his in cabin but he never called me/other patients his dr consult me/other patients in passage in public. he is not punctual. Tooo much bad experience with kamat hospital. Kamat hospital staff also talking..mr.amit kamat never come in hospital on his time.

Am very new to Pune City, I came to know about this hospital and mam through google only, as i saw in the reviews, she is such a good lady and very polite with me, though I don't know the local language, she explained me well, her treatment is really going good, and also her assistant doctors are really taking care much.. once i was admitted in hospital, they took care very well, after 15 days i visited hospital again for my regular follow up, they remembered me and advised me lots about my health. thank you mam and your team.

We went to meet relative and came to shock that Small children not allowed . I was like you know this hospital deliver babies and small kids are part of your hospital thing. Also the main doctor shouted in the ground floor open area. ********** ****** ******* ******* ** ******** *********** ***** ** **** ******* **** **** ****** ***** **** **** ****** *** *** ** ********** *** **** ** **** ***** **** ** ******** I don’t recommend at all. The pregnant woman had a covid and doctor didn’t told anyone and kept the fact to themselves. They told after like 10 15 days saying we have surprise for you that you had covid . ** **** **** **** *** *** *** ***** **** ******** ** **** ****** * Doctor not telling their patient if covid positive but they shouting if one small children want to visit new born baby. Give home birth but don’t go to that hospital

Doctor is very rude. After waiting for 2hrs he don't even give you 5mins to answer your problem. Only recommended tests ** ****** ******* ********* ***** *** **** *** ****** ** ****** *** ***** ****** ******** *** *********

I am really thanks to mam,after long time we conceive the pregnancy,mam also really lots of experience we all appreciate mam..because she give lots of happiness to my family.Thank you so much Kamat mam.
