I had booked a video consultation with Dr Deshmukh on the 18th of August 2022, Thursday. The doctor couldn't initiate a video call nor could I. I have everything enabled for the Practo App on settings I don't know about the dr's. Anyway it was voice call finally. I complained that I might have throat ulcers *** **** * **** ****** *** * The moment he heard the name, ***** *** call was literally over from his side. He told me to go to a hospital. I was speaking slowly and my voice was feeble because of a sore throat. He got impatient , I didn't get a chance to explain that Doctor I am already under medical supervision of a good GP. I don't have fever, I am checking my oxygen,I have walking around, everything is fine, other than my throat which my GP said the tonsil look red and also the areas around. Why don't you talk to an ENT he could help you more on that . That's it. However this was an extremely cold consultation , which ended with a half hearted prescription where the age was mentioned as 65 where I am 42. He didn't ask my age. I am submitting my prescription to Practo here for validation of my statement. He just wanted to get over the call. In the prescription Units for 2 drugs that has been prescribed were not mentioned. I msged him. My msgs fetched no reply till today. I would like to say if you don't have the mindset to do video consultation deactivate it from under your name , or just keep slots closed and save people's money and time please.

While the doctor is good at his job, the clinic’s appointment management is extremely disappointing *** ******* ************* ** ********* *****Despite booking a confirmed appointment via Practo, there is no consideration given to scheduled appointments at all. Walk-in patients who write their names in a physical register are prioritised, making the online appointment system completely meaningless.This is now the third time I’ve faced this issue. On both earlier occasions, the waiting time was quoted at 45–60 minutes or more (which we obliged), even with a prior appointment. I am extremely happy with the treatment of my mother received from Dr. Sarang Deshmukh at Elite Clinic! It's great to hear that she's finally getting relief from her ear issues, tinnitus, and dizziness. The fact that Dr. Deshmukh provided exercises that other doctors didn't is a testament to his expertise and dedication. The doctor calmly listened to our issue and addressed every aspect of our issue. He suggested a line of treatment which according to him would majorly solve the issues. We are happy with his approach. As I am reviewing before the treatment completes, hoping that everything turns out fine.
