Dr. Sarita Vikramsinh Deshmukh gave a perfect diagnosis, provided satisfactory treatment, and followed up very well. The clinic environment and staff were very nice, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, I felt the visit was good value for money.

Subject: Concern Regarding Water Hygiene During Treatment

My treatment itself went well, but I’m facing an unexpected issue. I suspect that the water used during the procedure—possibly from an overhead tank—was not hygienic. It appears that the same water may have been used for rinsing during my bleaching treatment, and as a result, the sensitive skin on my upper and lower lips has peeled.

Given the nature of the procedure and the condition of my lips afterward, I’m concerned that contaminated water may have entered my system. While I understand it’s difficult to prove this conclusively, I’d like to explain why I believe this could be the cause.

I’m visiting from the U.S. and have been extremely cautious about hygiene—I do not eat or drink cold food from outside, I carry my own water bottle, and I clean my hands regularly with wipes. However, I began feeling unwell late last night, and today I’m experiencing high fever, chills, sore throat, and headache.

If you are charging a premium for services, I sincerely urge you to ensure that clean, safe water is used at all times—especially during patient procedures.

Have got 2 dental implants done by Dr. Deshmukh. Got proper advice, attention throughout the procdures. Their systems are good & dealing is fair. Being a senior citizen & a chronic diabetic I wanted to be in good hands and my experience was totally satisfactory. Thank you Doctor for your care and attention.

The treatment given to us in terms of service wait time and the care given was excellent. They operated on me with the upmost care. As i can't walk clinic provided me wheelchair access everytime i visited.

I'm very dissatisfied for the treatment I have visited the clinic to fix my dental cap but the doctor just checked me for less than 5 min and my dental cap was detached in less than a week of that treatment. Im really unsatisfied with the treatment after paying that much fees.
