Visited For Constipation, Gas, Acidity Treatment
After seeing multiple doctors, I finally found the right help with Dr. Rahul Kothari. He took time to understand my acidity and bloating issues in depth instead of rushing. The treatment plan is slow but effective because it targets the root problem, not just symptoms. He is very approachable and encouraging, making you feel confident about recovery.
Dr. Rahul Kothari clearly explained the procedure and the endoscopy images to me and my husband, which helped us understand and make informed choices. The procedure was performed smoothly, and the staff was well trained. Overall, the experience was good except for a miscommunication about the use of my feedback.

Hoped for better: Treatment satisfactionWait time
The doctor was very good and had a friendly, approachable nature. After talking to him, you automatically feel better and more positive. However, despite taking the prescribed medicines regularly for two weeks without missing a dose, I have not experienced even a slight improvement in my condition.
The doctor seemed very busy with his own work and did not listen to me.
Happy with: Treatment satisfaction

A doctor who is friendly, young and energetic in his approach towards people with various digestive and intestinal trouble. Gives attention to all previous tests and decides to take test only incase they are inconclusive . Explains on paper the exact problem and gives excellent remedy. My Nephew (21 years) underwent Endoscopy, Apendectomy and colonoscopy in 3-4 hospitals and more than 7-8 weeks hospitalization in Villupuram(TN). During this tenure he had to appear his final year Diploma exams also. His biopsy were sent for possibilities of Chron's disease or Tuberculosis (verbally I was told of cancer also). Whole family was depressed. But they could not conclude. So, another colonoscopy was to be performed. Already, I had nearly spent 1L in his hospitalisation. My uncle from Malaysia had got cured after treatment with Dr.Kothari and suggested me to see him. As soon as his stiches were removed, I decided to fly him to Pune via Chennai. Dr. Kothari had to perform the 2nd colonoscopy for Biopsy. After going through the reports, he gave us hope that none of the previously said possibilities existed. There is definitely swelling in his small intestine and can be controlled with medicines. Eventhough he stayed in hostel, ate Dr.Kothari's medicines and now after 5 month's my nephew has gained weight. Whole family is thankful to Dr.Kothari for getting us out of the depressive situation. Jai Mata Di! We always pray that in his career he brings peace and harmony to many people suffering from gastric/digestive system issues. All the best.
Dr. Rahul Kothari has excellent endoscopic skills. I recommend him for his expertise.
Visited For Gastritis
It would be really unfair to judge anyone. Let me tell you my story and perception would be your’ s.
I was suffering from stomach issue gastric, weak gut and other stomach abnormal behavior. I knew the reason behind it, eating fancy junk foods and irregular timing and stress. I tried to manage by own applying good habits but couldn’t cop-up with it. Due to indigestion I uses to feel weak and hungry in morning but still I need to start my morning ,again in office work stress was making my situation worst and till night a bad health condition from next day onward same story. I tried everything mild exercises, home food, good habits but I couldn’t able to come out from that cycle. I rarely want to visit a doctor but this time I have to.
I went to Doctor Rahul, appointment I got very easily. After 20-25 min waiting my turn comes and I entered the chamber. He asked me what's the problem I said everything to him, no doubt he listen it very calmly and responded very politely and with great humble. He inspected me and suggested for 20 days medicine and told me to come back after 20 days, if symptom still reside then we will go for gastroscopy as it was more related to lower abdomen.
I took the medicine for 20 days I started feeling better as medicine was very generic to these symptoms(I am saying this because my brother is also a doctor so I take second opinion, My brother said it’s normal medicine take it as doctor suggested.)
I went there after 20 days and this time I feel some differences, highlighting my observation as below.
1. He was still polite and humble, asked me about my recovery I said 70% recovered. He inspected me again and suggested for endoscopy. I got surprised last time suggested for gastroscopy and this time endoscopy, how it would be possible. I told we will look for some more days and then go for it. He wrote me 6-7 types of tablet and asked to come back after 20 days and stated it will be recovered in next 2-3 seating.
2. Somehow I was not convinced as I could feel nothing major was there it was related to indigestion only but scale was very high. Point I was also thinking I have so much stomach discomfort and these much medicine, Should I take this for next 2-3 seating more. Is he trying all his medicines on me?
3. I decided to go to another doctor, he was having 30 years of experience (I will not take name here). He inspected me and told me nothing major and suggested me 2 Tablets daily in which 1 was multivitamin. In next 5-6 days I was almost feeling normal considering the fact I was taking all the care of my body like eating healthy food on regular interval, green tea, fruits and exercise.
4. Point I want highlighted here being polite and humble couldn’t to a criteria to choose your doctor. Now I am normal, if situation was not serious then why suggested for endoscopy/gastroscopy. Now a days endoscopy/gastroscopy become very normal but why it's needed if experience say things are not major. Not in doctor in every profession we applied our experience and judge the situation and using our experience we make the judgement. All depend upon how minutely you have grasp your experience.
