I had a great experience at Jehangir OraCare Dental Centre. The staff is welcoming and doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my treatment options. All appointments were punctual and I always had visibility into what was coming next.

Additionally, I like that this dental practice is leaned into technology for their ops and treatment. For example, got a prompt response to my message through Google maps, calendar invites for my appointments, detailed images of my teeth, use of a 3d scanner for the crown measurements, etc.

I ***** *** ************ *** *** **** *** was disappointed that I did not receive a proper written diagnosis or treatment plan initially. I had to ask multiple times before getting handwritten notes, and the doctor's explanation was not clear or helpful.
