Dr. Ajay Sonavale (Physiotherapist)

We visited Dr. Ajay for ankle ligament tear treatment which consists of Ultrasound and excercise which is very effective. My wife was using Walker as she was unable to walk even a single step, however now she has fully recovered and can walk and run, all because of Dr. Ajay's treatment. We found him to be very kind, very sincere and through professional. And best part is he is always smiling which motivate the patient to recover early. He had lot of patience to handle patients tantrums. Earlier also we took treatment of knee hairline fracture injury . Thank you so much sir once again.God bless you sir.

Dr Ajay has been treating me for almost a month now nd my experience with him has been really good. He would first start by patiently listening to ur complete problem nd then doing the therapy accordingly nd usually gives a lot of time to the patient nd doesnt hurry up like in other clinics. Also he has this habbit of interacting with his patients so tht they feel comfortable during the sessions. He is a doctor who sets agressive goals for u so tht u can recover faster nd trust me it helps for I recovered a week faster. So would like to thnk him for the same nd wish this humble doctor al the best.

My mom who is a senior citizen suffered a fracture in the thigh area...she was operated successfully but couldn't walk post the operation and couldn't sit and eat also ...she was in bed completely with a lot of pain both physically and mentally...Dr Ajay started her physio ..within a month she is able to sit up and have her meals and she is also able to move with a walker...she has become extremely cheerful and motivated...doctor ajay with a lot of patience and affection ( which is very much required for patients in this age group)has put her on the path to complete recovery.**** **** ** *** **** *************** **** * ***** **** ********** *** ** ******Indeed Grateful 🙏

I went for the post surgery physiotherapy because I have underwent a surgery for ACL and Meniscus tear. He is so friendly in nature and answer every single questions. He explains me everything regarding recovery and necessary precautions to be taken while recovering. He helped me to cope up myselves to come out of my fear related to post surgery results. He gives me confidence and said, "why are you so worried if I am confident about you". ** ** *** ***** I will surely recommend his name to my friends and family. I am recovering well and I hope I will start my sports (like weekend cricket, trekking etc.) very soon under his guidance. Thank you.

First day the session started an hour n half late..but guess it was due to his travel..so still ok.. session was ok on day 1.. however I faced problems on day2.. was undergoing an IFT for stiff back, and he started with a very heavy current.. ******** ****** ****** **** ******* *********it was so high that it badly hurt n I almost collapsed..that entire session it was not optimal despite adjusting.. n I'm now having excruciating pain and feeling of cuts/ tears even after 12 hours of the session.. ** ****** **** ******* **** **** * **** ********* ************** *** *** ****** ** **** *** *** ** **** ****** **** **** **** * ********* ***** I would not recommend going with him..

being in IT profession this is the common problem faced with me as well by my coligues .it very certain that it should not be ignored. dr. ajay explained me the root cause of it and certain doe's and don'ts to follow. without any machine treatment itself i am pain free. and back to work. surely will recommend him and BEST OF LUCK to this humble Doctor.

All my severe pain got disappeared in just a week time.

He just not only treat my pain area but also explained me the root cause and theory of that particular bone so as to make me aware about same.

Dr. Ajay is so friendly and deals every patient as his family.

I am not a Punekar, but if I have to refer a Physiotherapist to my friends here then I will definitely suggest them to visit Dr. Ajay.

Dr Ajay was very helpful and his treatment has made a big difference. I had a chronic back and neck pain past 2 Years , it had gone so intence that i could not sit for more than 5 Min. Its when dr.Ajay sonavale explaine me the root cause of it and certain postural corrections. No xrays , no MRI no expensive tests. Simple exercise and physio modalites. Thanks to u sir and god bless u. We need more genune people like u. Worse part was that i had already made my minde to get opperated, and now i dont have to.

I visited Dr. Sonavale for my wife's back-shoulder pain. She wasn't sure about the reasons and was in distress. Dr. Sonavale listened to the issue and explained the main reason being sitting posture and habits. He advised IFT to relieve the spasms and then taught some basic exercises for long term. Ot waa very useful and effective.
