The wait time was painfully high. Waited for over an hour for the preliminary check up by the doctor’s junior, inspite of having booked for a prior appointment on practo. It is so misleading that though the appointment was booked for consultation with doc Ritu Aurora, yet neither she saw me, spoke with me nor diagnosed and advised me on my problem. Instead, I was attended by a junior doctor. It’s quite misleading and unprofessional. She should not take bookings if she cannot advise/diagnose the patient and make some junior do it. The junior, though seemed ok with the diagnosis, but the booking should’ve been made in the juniors name and not doc Ritu Aurora if she cannot check. Highly disappointing and due to this, I find it too overpriced for such a bad experience.

During my visit for my mother's dry eyes treatment, there was widespread mismanagement, with a long wait for everything. **** *** *********** ******** ***** ******* **** ** according to a doctor friend but I won’t rate based on that because I understand every doctor has his own methods of treatment. This was an understaffed facility overwhelmed by around 40 patients at a time, ******* **** ******** ** ****** ******** ****** *** ********** **** **** * ********** ******** ***** * *** ** ********** ***** ******* *** **** ****** *** everyone was particularly strict about payments, with the doctor even escorting me to the cashier first, then handing over to some staff. Moreover, the central air conditioning was inadequate, it was very hot and suffocating inside the small, crowded facility. ** ***** **** ******** ** ******* ******* ** **** *** **** ****** ****** *** ******** I won’t recommend this to anyone as I feel it is impossible to receive the best care here.

The doctors seems good but the management is very very poor. U have to wait more then 6-7 hours even after taking an appointment. Nobody knows if doctors are there or not. U have to wait and wait only wait. Very bad hospital ever. I do not recommend at all.

We consulted Dr. Ritu Aurora for my 89 years old father’s cataract surgery in both eyes. We had a great experience as the doctor and the staff took the time to explain everything and didn’t rush us. The doctor is very experienced and highly competent. The outcome of the surgery was positive and we are very happy that we chose Dr. Ritu Aurora. Highly recommended!
