Dr. Pratap Saini listens well and explained all possible treatment options for my braces clearly. The clinic was very clean and the staff were polite. I will share my overall satisfaction after my braces treatment.

I had excruciating pain in molar teeth of my lower jaw. Visiting a dentist was nightmare for me. I did due research and visited many dental clinics at Greater Noida starting from the most famous to the most expensive ones but was not satisfied. The positive reviews for Eugenics clinic along with the fact that it was being run by AIIMS qualified doctors attracted me. I visited the place and was impressed by the fact that all COVID related precautions were being undertaken. Dr Pratap Saini took the X ray and informed RCT was required to save the teeth else the teeth will need to be extracted. Hearing about RCT alarmed me as from my read of articles at internet and from my contacts I knew that the entire process is painful still as there was no option so I agreed to RCT. The first sitting was done on anaesthesia and believe me Dr. Pratap applied some gel and gave injection on it and man it just did not pain! He had very experienced hands. In 2 sittings Dr Pratap completely cleaned the tooth and cemented it to prepare for capping. Dr Pratap Saini had deft experience. He was extremely patient, never over assured, always gave heads up of what to expect next and above all he had magic in hands. Wonderful. During covid it is the only clinic which is taking perfect care of you. The medical staff ensured that the chair are properly cleaned and disinfected. The xray was taken with utmost care. The medical team including doctor was wearing all safety gadgets. I noted that clinic is too having UV equipment for disinfecting the whole setup. The PPE kit was worn by dr during procedure. The sanitizer mask everything taken due care. Even my colleague and other visitor were provided separate space for waiting.

I went to Dr. Saini due to severe pain in my tooth. The doctor confirmed my appointment and I went to the clinic. The clinic was immaculate. Every protection steps were undertaken eg. sanitizing, removing shoes,filling forms etc. Dr. Saini was very humble and cooperative, helping me complete all Covid guidelines. The treatment done was perfect. My tooth pain was gone. Dr. Saini performed the treatment professionally. He gave full time and attention and the treatment was performed at a steady calm pace.
