I had excruciating pain in molar teeth of my lower jaw. Visiting a dentist was nightmare for me. I did due research and visited many dental clinics at Greater Noida starting from the most famous to the most expensive ones but was not satisfied. The positive reviews for Eugenics clinic along with the fact that it was being run by AIIMS qualified doctors attracted me. I visited the place and was impressed by the fact that all COVID related precautions were being undertaken. Dr Pratap Saini took the X ray and informed RCT was required to save the teeth else the teeth will need to be extracted. Hearing about RCT alarmed me as from my read of articles at internet and from my contacts I knew that the entire process is painful still as there was no option so I agreed to RCT. The first sitting was done on anaesthesia and believe me Dr. Pratap applied some gel and gave injection on it and man it just did not pain! He had very experienced hands. In 2 sittings Dr Pratap completely cleaned the tooth and cemented it to prepare for capping. Dr Pratap Saini had deft experience. He was extremely patient, never over assured, always gave heads up of what to expect next and above all he had magic in hands. Wonderful. During covid it is the only clinic which is taking perfect care of you. The medical staff ensured that the chair are properly cleaned and disinfected. The xray was taken with utmost care. The medical team including doctor was wearing all safety gadgets. I noted that clinic is too having UV equipment for disinfecting the whole setup. The PPE kit was worn by dr during procedure. The sanitizer mask everything taken due care. Even my colleague and other visitor were provided separate space for waiting.

About dental procedure.. dr saini is true to his name. The crown fitting by Dr. Kirti is perfect .

I went to Dr. Saini due to severe pain in my tooth. The doctor confirmed my appointment and I went to the clinic. The clinic was immaculate. Every protection steps were undertaken eg. sanitizing, removing shoes,filling forms etc. Dr. Saini was very humble and cooperative, helping me complete all Covid guidelines. The treatment done was perfect. My tooth pain was gone. Dr. Saini performed the treatment professionally. He gave full time and attention and the treatment was performed at a steady calm pace.

I thank Dr. Pratap Saini and Dr. Kirti Bansal for the wonderful service. Such service is expected in big, costly hospitals. The doctors are highly trained professionals and are experts in their field.

I visited Eugenics Clinic by looking at Practo's recommended dentist. I believe this is the best dental clinic in Greater Noida because the treatment that I recieved was top notch! I am writing this review genuinely after my RCT treatment. I never thought RCT would be so painless and smooth and it's all because of the perfectionist hands of Dr. Pratap Saini! I was very scared and shivering because of fear but Saini sir made me calm and relaxed by assuring me that it will be a smooth procedure. His confidence and friendliness with a smiling face made me calm and relaxed during the whole procedure. Me being a Technology Enthusiast also researched about the equipments he uses and found out that they are latest, with lots of safety features and best in the industry! So that definitely increased my confidence more! It was a 2 seating procedure and I was attended sharply on the given time! Post the RCT, I was suggested for a crown to protect my tooth from cracking and was attended by Dr. Kirti Bansal in the same clinic! She is a perfectionist too at carving! A very patient, congenial and knowledgeable Doctor, who listens and explains about each and everything. Especially long term and short term nuances about dental procedures/ ailments. He is very dexterous with his hands wrt teeth . Highly recommended. Overall an excellent all round experience.

The clinic and the entire setup is just awesome. Most importantly Dr. Saini is very friendly and with all patience he listens to the issue and come up with the recommendations. Despite if asking multiple questions, he answers all with a smile.
