it was totally bad experience as i was online client and they followed up for 1 month and after that they stopped giving diets because i told them that i was not comfortable with certain diets and asked them to change to suit my needs. The team is quite rude and need to learn how to talk to customers. They don’t even check if you are comfortable with the diets given. they just want you to lose weight whether it’s healthy or unhealthy. to break plateau they will ask you to eat bhelpuri and samosa and then starve whole day.
Diet plans are shared as pre defined templates with no regard to the individual. Saw a few red flags after the first consultation-
