I consulted Dr. Deepak Rathore for Laser mole removal. He has a very positive and friendly attitude towards all the patients. Before meeting him, other doctors advised me to go for surgical mole removal because of big size of the mole, but as it was on my face, I was very skeptical. Dr Deepak is a fantastic and expert doctor, it took him a very little time (a few minutes) and my mole was completely removed. There was no pain after the procedure. Dr. Rathore heard all my queries patiently and advised me accordingly. The overall atmosphere in the Essence clinic is very soothing. Everything from the initial meeting to after the procedure was finished the Doctor and his team has excellent professionalism and services. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Rathore to all my family and friends. Dr. Rathore’s treatment suited me the best I advise all to go to his clinic for painless mole removal.

I have had ingrown toenail problems in both feet for more than the past 1 year and could not walk. On my first visit, he explained the treatment very patiently. After surgery, I was advised to take bed rest for a few weeks. During this, he replied to frequent concerns by message also.

Consulted with Dr. Deepak for my kids' finger injury and I must say Dr. Deepak Rathore is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to each of your small concerns. He took great care of my kid and handled the case with utmost patience as my baby was crying a lot.

I do not recommend the doctor

Experience the utter disregard of patient care and time management.I reached the clinic 7 mins prior to my appointment and to my dismay I was informed that the doctor is not expected for the next 1 hour.If the doctor is not ready to see patients at 10:30 in the morning he should not accept the appointment of that time. please avoid this clinic as far as possible

We regret the inconvenience caused to you as the doctor was doing an emergency surgery when you reached. As per our clinic assistant you were asked for a waiting time of 30 minutes. Our Practo Profile also mentions maximum wait time of 60 minutes at the time of booking. We tried contacting you after the surgeon arrived at 11 Am at the clinic however, your number was not reachable. We try to keep wait times minimum for our patients. Practo confirmed your appointment a day prior with us when it was booked we will try and reschedule appointments in future so that any inconvenience is avoided. Thank you
