I don’t know much but when my whole world wouldn’t listen to me and when I was spiralling in confusion, ma’am helped me a lot. It was more of counselling but its like, having someone who tries and understands you. You never find it anywhere else. So my suggestion would be, to at least have a discussion with her and a counselling to know if you actually want what you are claiming you want.

She is a very very neutral therapist, she is won’t call anyone out but she will try to help you. So be honest, maybe you will also find some help.

Gargi Bansal was fantastic at building a rapport with my child. They have a very patient and warm demeanor that made my child feel safe and comfortable opening up. We really appreciated the use of therapy which helped him express themselves in ways words couldn't. The regular parent check-ins were also very valuable in helping us understand how to support him at home.

Overall, we are very happy with the results. We have seen significant improvements in his confidence and they have developed effective coping skills. We highly recommend Dr. Gargi Bansal to other families seeking support for their youth.

She is a good councellor and a nice human being. She helped my son to recover, when he was going through a bad phase after his class xii board exam.

She is a patient listener and even remained interactive on whatsapp with my son and us as parents which helped a lot. She rigorously follows up for the tasks given by her which mandates to streamline the thought process .

Would definitely recommend her for psychological issues.
