Hoped for better: Wait time
The doctor was late to the clinic. Then there was a clash in the appointment time as she had a direct patient also. The direct patient came in after me and still was attended before me because I was on a 2 minute phone call. The explanation given to me by her staff was “Doctor Madam can’t be kept waiting”. It’s unacceptable how they felt my time was free without even knowing a patient’s profile. Let alone profile, they probably don’t value anyone’s time.
