I have been seeing Dr. Farooqui for nearly six months now, in order to address multiple issues. Throughout my sessions, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to help me understand and deal with my problems effectively. Dr. Farooqui is incredibly friendly and open-minded, creating a comfortable environment for open discussions. I didn’t feel the need to hide things from him and he encouraged me to open up without sounding or being judgemental.

One of the standout aspects of his approach is that he doesn't sugarcoat things. Instead, he explains them logically and clearly, which I found very helpful. Thanks to his guidance and techniques, my anxiety has significantly decreased, and I've been doing very well recently. Therapy doesn’t work in a week, it took me a few months to get where I am now so I would recommend giving therapy some time.

Along with this, his assistant , Mr Rahul is also very diligent. I dont have to worry about forgetting session dates and timings as he always keeps me updated!

He is incredibly kind, friendly, and understanding, always calm and composed during sessions. He explains concepts clearly and asks smart, thought-provoking questions that encourage deep reflection. What I appreciated the most is that he guided me as a human being, not just as a patient, showing genuine care and compassion throughout. He creates a very open and non-judgmental space and even takes the time to educate the whole family.

I have been seeing Akram Sir for therapy over the past 4 months, though I have consulted other professionals over the last 3 years. In just 4 months, he helped me identify and diagnose my bipolar mood disorder, guided me through starting the right medication, and provided support that has genuinely improved my well-being. Please don’t hesitate to visit him and take care of yourself as you will be in safe, supportive hands.
