Only problem is the wait time. Maybe the people manning the reception need to be better trained. If there’s more wait time probably then the clinic can call and let us know and we can come accordingly. Patient’s time also need to be respected.

Dr. Saurabh Raval is an excellent spine surgeon and I am very satisfied with his treatment. I consulted him for my severe back problem. He listened to my problem very patiently and explained all the treatment options in detail.****He told me that surgery is the last option and it would be better to try some non-surgical methods first. Dr. Mehra is everything you want from a doctor but don't get to see often - friendly, humane, genuinely curious about your illness to give you the appropriate treatment. She asked me to explain my ailment in detail and from the beginning, so that she could make a more informed prognosis. I can easily say that Dr.Mehra has given me the most time than any other doctor. Additionally, she encouraged me to ask questions and seeks the answers I was looking for, and addressed them in the most patient manner.

She is very kind and make patient comfortable also to speak up about the problems patient has. She follows a nice procedure to find the cause of the problem.

I generally don't write reviews but for her I will write. The best part about her is, she makes you comfortable takes time to evaluate the condition and is not in a hurry. Her smile and confidence made me comfortable. I discussed on my entire spectrum of problems and got satisfactory explanation. Extremely friendly natured Doctor and explains things in comman man's language. No jargons. Very practical. Devoted good time to understand study and explain.

I was in the office and got a call from doctor's assistant that doc will leave so come half an hour before. We reached half an hour before and doc was busy with one patient. We waited for 45 minutes and came back without meeting a doctor.
