Dr Ritika is a brilliant doctor! I visited 4 orthodontists before her for the same issue and I have to say, she's the best. She explained the issue and took me through the treatment plan very patiently, and never once faltered on her commmitment with regard to the timelines.

Visited Dr. Ankit Jindal (Dentist) For Oral Surgery Procedures

I do not recommend the doctor

I had an oral surgery for a cyst removal and stitches needs to be removed after a week but no-one was available in clinic for stitch removal on specified day and for next 4 days without any notification.Even no response for phone call.I had to rush to other hospital where I was told that this was not done in a proper manner.

Dear Himanshu. We apologise for the inconvinience caused to you. We would like to inform that we tried contacting you quite a number of times but unfortunately your number was mostly unreachable. About the procedure you had undergone, it was a surgical mucocoele removal and not a cyst removal. Our surgeon had removed it in the best possible method . Unfortunately the hospital that you had visited might not know about your condition th as they had never seen it. Hence the unprofessional and unethical comment on a fellow collegue. None the less , we feel bad that you had to go through such an experience . We hope you would come visit us for a follow checkup. Regards My Dental Hub
