I consultant him 2 months back ...my skin problem was identified and medicine was given for 14 days after that I have follow up with the doctor....he told me my problem would take approximately 7-8 months and I have to regularly consult him and take my medicines ...on every visit my medicines would change according to the changes which was taking place in my skin ...20 days ago I visited him and I told him I have to go back my home how will I further communicate with him he told me to book online since I can't leave my medicines.
So after 14 days I started calling the staff to book my appointment he told me doctor can't see you since he is not available....again I called him after 2-3 days he told me the same thing doctor is not seeing any patient in online mode he is very busy...if I want to consult him i have to visit him offline.
This is not the way to treat your patient I'm having serious problem since the last 15-20 days and you all simply don't care. Whom am I supposed to consult now?

Dr Satish patiently heard the issues I was facing. He explained his diagnosis very well. Also have examples based on actual facts on the problem. He suggested to get the milia removed. We mutually agreed to do the removal process the same day. It took 30 min for the complete removal process. Dr Satish kept talking and kept motivation level high during the process. He was concerned for the pain or Any discomfort I had. He ensured that I don’t feel much pain and advised me on how to take care. The prescription was very clearly explained and written down to avoid any confusion. I am very satisfied with the treatment.

I had been visiting this doctor since 3 yrs now for hair and skin problems. I recommended him to my family and friends as well but today i went to him and paid 800 rs, the amount was deducted from my end but the receptionist said that they haven't received it, i showed them my transaction statement and the message from the bank too. They s kept asking me to pay again, while the dr was writing the prescription he refused to give me the prescription and asked me to settle the payment issue first. I told them that if the amount is reversed i will send money again, he still didn't provide the prescription and started shouting on us. **** ******** *** ************** **********

It was a very bad experience. We reached the clinic as per our appointment time and we were asked to
Wait an hour. The front desk staff was very rude. When we requested to see the doctor at the appointment time he said either you wait for an hour or leave. And we were not the only one who faced this problem there were others too in the line waiting for hours to see the doctor even though they had booked prior appointments. Overall very bad experience. Will never visit this clinic again.
