Myself Kiran, 45 year old mother of two child. I am from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

I was detected to have diabetes in 2014, that is, around 6 years ago during a medical check-up. At that time, my HbA1c was found to be very high at 10.3. Consulted Dr Harshvardhan first time today for my uncontrolled diabetes-2 since last couple of days. I like the treatment approach of the Dr Harshvardhan. He avoids prescribing lots of medication.

I will never book any appointment through practo in future because there is communication gap between doctor and practo.

I booked my appointment for 10:00 am. I reached 10 minutes prior to my allotted time but clinic was closed though clinic opening time is 09:00 am. When I called the clinic operator, she said you should call before coming and doctor has other online appointments so we shall open the clinic by 10:30 am. It means I'm free doesn't have value of my time. She was expecting to wait me there for half an hour though I already waited there for 20 minutes. First time I booked through practo.. Poor service and coordination. Never ever try again in future.

I am really very Happy for all the Staffs Especially I am talking about Doctor, by heart I am thanks to Dr. Sir the way he handles my Diabetes condition & within 5 he controlled my Sugar level, I could imagine last 14yrs I am not able to control my sugar levels, I consult so many dr. Taken to many medicines expenses to much much gone through so many test but no result.

I visited the doctor on the evening of 22nd December' 25 due to illness. The doctor advised blood and urine tests, and the reports were received on 23rd December.

When I called the clinic on 24th December to discuss the reports, the staff informed me that the doctor would only review them on 26th December and that the patient must visit the clinic in person for the review. This is despite the fact that the patient is unwell and requires timely medication based on the reports.

It is disappointing that treatment is delayed by three days, especially when the doctor is available for video consultations for new patients. **** ******** ***** * **** ** ******* *** ******** ******** *** ***** *******

I visited doctor Harsh for my UTI infection. He is a very good doctor and with the medicines he gave i got relief in one day only. His expertise in diabetic treatment helped me in controlling the diabeties under permissible levels. I will surely recommend doctor Harsh for diabetes treatment.

**** ****** *** always remember his patients and hardly miss the clinic. Prescription is pretty much generic medicine oriented unless there is something major. I'm pretty much satisfied with the way he handle and take care the diabetes of my mother. 👍🙏😀
