I am Pooja Srivastava and sharing my experience with Dr. Sweta S Gupta and her staff (Dr. Prashanti) for the RCT treatment done in her Clinique.

“I came in with full of fear & anxiety and treatment done by Dr. Sweta turned out to be the “BEST” dental experience till now. I was truly taken care of by Dr. Sweta and her staff (Dr. Prashanti) are amazing, caring and professional people who take the time to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met.

Now my RCT is completed with only 4 sittings, and trust me all the sittings were almost painless. No pain or problems with my extractions and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

She explained very transparently on type of crown to be used, based on its merits, cost involved and how to take care in future. I went with the Zirconium cap and now its difficult to differentiate with the original teeth's - its so perfect in fitting and color, Amazing.

You have a very nice setup and the staff is great! Ambience of the Clinique is also very good, friendly and equipped with lot of high end sophisticated instruments.

Over all i am very happy and would rate her 5 out of 5 in all aspect. I am going to bring my mother as well for the treatment.

Needless to mention that - you are very humble and down to earth person i met !!

I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure performed by Dr. Bhavesh Gupta and his team on May 30, 2023.It took approximately 8 hours to complete , my experience was good, and I am satisfied with the results. I would like to highlight a few aspects of the procedure and the doctor's approach that stood out to me.

First and foremost, I must commend Dr. Bhavesh Gupta's team for their excellence. The entire team was professional, skilled, and courteous throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable and provided a supportive environment, The team's expertise and efficiency were evident, and I felt like I was in capable hands.

As for Doctor himself, I found him to be a competent physician. He demonstrated skill and precision during the transplant, ensuring that the procedure was performed with care and attention to detail. His expertise in the field was evident, and I felt confident in his abilities.

However,I feel Doctor could improve is in his attentiveness to a single patient at a time. I believe that dedicating undivided attention to each patient can enhance the overall experience and make patients feel more valued.

In my opinion,doctor should provide every single details of Procedure to a patient,This helps to understand what is happening and how it's work.

I Think I got my transplant done at effective price,

******* ** * **** ******* However, I would like to share my concern about the lady handelling the front desk, who sits there wearing a coat and to begin with, I will say she is unprofessional and misbehaves alot.

Couple of days back, I visited the cliniq with my brother, Dr. Bhavesh suggested me few medicines, but as I came out of the doctors room, I remembered that I wanted to ask him something else too, so I asked the same wierdly looking lady, sitting in the front desk the same thing and she told me, "whatever it is, that's between you and the doctor and I got nothing to do with that."

For a moment I and my brother, we both were shocked as to why would she say something like that to us. Because, all we asked her was, that we would like to see the doctor once again.

After that I never visited the cliniq ever again. Though Dr. Bhavesh was great and would really like to get the treatments done from him, but just because of that front desk ladies behaviour I have decided not to go their ever again. Hope the management will take strict action against that lady. As I and my brother we both think that lady have some mental issues...
