I had no hope when I initially contacted the doctor since I couldn't bring myself to go to the clinic, I was completely lost for 6 months and couldn't get out of bed, but thanks to a friend's support, I got myself to the door. That was the case at the time. I had no hope that bipolar disorder could be cured or treated. My appetite has returned, my memory has improved, my sleep has improved, I exercise and meditate, I can function as a logical human being, and I have learnt to discern the lows from true melancholy and the highs from genuine delight. After 4 years of suffering with bipolar disorder, I can say that I now feel normal, which is fantastic; it's a completely new feeling. Seeing Dr. Pritam Chandak is an excellent investment; I received excellent value for my money. I'm excited to learn much more from him. I want to improve my life performance.

Anger is a major problem for me. I have a tendency to become enraged easily, and I am aware that this is a problem. I've tried a lot of things to regulate my anger, but none of them have worked. Then I decided to go to Synapse Mindcare for a counselling session to help me regulate my rage. I was a little unsure before this video therapy session, but after speaking with Dr. Pritam Sir via video counselling, I realised how incorrect I was. Dr. Pritam sir has offered some excellent methods for controlling anger, which have shown to be pretty helpful, as I have noticed a shift in myself over the last month. He is really calm and friendly, and his understanding of how to manage rage is impressive.

He's a saviour, not a doctor! I'd seen famous doctors before, but I didn't get the attention I required for my therapy, but when I saw Dr. Pritam Chandak, he listened to everything I said. He is very patient, listens to you, and strives to thoroughly understand you before beginning treatment.

When I first started my treatment, I stopped in between, but please don't do so; instead, wait for a while to witness the result of the treatment; it takes time, a few weeks to months in my experience.
