Very satisfying experience

I had consulted many Pulmonologist before for a rare chest problem of mine. The doctor’s assistant Dr Shruti went patiently went through all my papers and noted all important points , ordered some tests which were not done . Finally Dr Swarnakar saw me with all my reports . Took time to answer my queries . Hope I get relief . Only word of caution is that this centre is a busy one hence appointment is must and expect to spend a day in test and final prescription by Dr Swarnakar if you are showing for first time .

First the Junior doctor examined and prescribed two tests, after the test results I had to wait for more than one hour because Junior doctor was taking lunch, after which he prescribed third test, finally senior doctor did not talk about test results just prescribed nasal spray and a tablet, This was not for which I paid Rs 1500

Dr. Rajesh Swarnakar replied

All tests can not be done at one time .... Polysomnography is not being done due to Covid till it is absolutely essential because of prolonged monitoring requiring one to one contact which breaches social distancing norms. The test is to be done without putting mask for 6-8 hours. Nasal spray has been prescribed meanwhile as sometimes snoring can be overcome by this simple measure . Sleep study is not an emergency procedure to be done and can be postponed. We are going to restore once all doctors and staff get Covid vaccine as I m also responsible for their safety and well being . Also note we have no junior doctors but my co consultants who are MD DNB qualified and in fact are European exam Qualified .Doctors are human too they need to take lunch and break from keeping in mask for 8 hours continuously and sorry that you had to wait for an hour . It’s difficult times doctors and health care workers are undergoing but still trying to give their best services .Your patience and kind understanding is therefore solicited till we return to “ near normal “ situations

I am regular petient and Treatment is good but a little disappointment we had faced,we came from out station and we had to wait almost 2 hours. We took appointment for 2PM and doctor came late. Doctor wasn't available at clinic. Moreover doctor's treatment is very good and feeling well.

After the treatment we found that the doctor is very good at what he does. He treats the patient with almost care and friendliness. He only advices things with ease which are related to the patient recovery and treatment.
