I was suffering from PIDC (Prolapsed Intravertrible Disc) in L3 - L4 since 2020 and I have taken treatment from Orthopaedic Doctor and physiotherapy but not relieved from pain and problem. I had sleeping issues since last 15 years. I used to hardly sleep for 4-5 hours and it used to take me atleast 3 hours of laying in bed before I used to fall asleep. Consequences were hair loss, low productivity, anxiety. My sister guided me to him. Dr. Tambe patiently listened to all my problems and literally got to the depth of every issue.
