- Area for improvement:
1. Filling of the history form is little time consuming . Can be done either on iPad or in advance by email.
2. Time to replace the rickety lift at Rajan House or keep a lift man . Opening & closing the manual doors of the lift is quite a task.
3. Ground floor entry has few steps. It would help if on both sides handle bars are fitted on the wall for support .Read less
