I have/had a pinched nerve in my neck and lower back mainly due to posture and losing weight rapidly due to be being hyperthyroid… I visited a physio who my Ortho recommended and was asked to do physio therapy for 10 days …. he did physio and gave m...Read moreI have/had a pinched nerve in my neck and lower back mainly due to posture and losing weight rapidly due to be being hyperthyroid… I visited a physio who my Ortho recommended and was asked to do physio therapy for 10 days …. he did physio and gave my the therapy and excerises to do, however I didn’t feel like I was getting better instead felt like I was in more pain , ( which was day 7 ) luckily for me he decided to take 3 days off and I needed 3 more days of physio.
I was recommended to Dr Dimple Prajapati by a neighbour. Who had benefited from her treatment. I visited her and she takes the time to explain how things work and also chalks down a plan about the exercises to do … it’s been 3 days and I am already feeling better … I cannot thank her and her assistant Mahima enough … I highly recommend her for her knowledge , patience and also that her clinic is well equipped and clean !!!
