I consulted Malika for my PCOS insulation resistance issue at a time when I was nightly confused on what kind of diet I should follow. She heard me patiently and then on began a journey of extensive explanations from her end on the food choices I have been making to transitions I need to make. No sucker of fad diets, her funda is pretty clear on ‘calorie in, calorie out’ that made life much more sorted for me. I started enjoying my food instead of reeling under guilt. She definitely pushes you more in the kitchen that towards ordering in food yet if u do feel the need to order in, she meticulously goes through the food menu and suggests a healthier version. Such is her attention to detail. She checks on every meal you eat, yes! I used to send her my lunch and dinner pics for approval :) also her recipes make for such delicious and wholesome meals that they have become household staples. All in all, i am grateful to her for opening my eyes to the real value of food and how it can truly be medicinal for us.
