The best part was that she would give you the everyday use kitchen items not the fancy diets, because that’s difficult to manage. I lost 9 kilos in 80 days.
The best thing is that I didn’t have cravings for food as almost everything was included in the plan. Rather it was lot tastier than the food I used to eat. Never thought I would get a flat tummy again .

Her team, especially Sonam, are supremely helpful in helping you on a daily basis with what ingredients to buy, what kinds of food choices to make when you're travelling and to generally make sure you're eating well and eating enough. It's a wonderful change to meet a nutritionist who truly cares about how well you eat and doesn't focus on "weight" or urge you to eat "less", instead taking a holistic approach.
