Ms. Gunjan Joshi

Gunjan Joshi , a RCI recognised Clinical Psychologist, a mental health advocate and an enterprising leader. She is proficient in clinical skills of psychological assessments, counselling, cognitive therapy, behaviour therapy, anger and distress tolerance, stress management and relaxation techniques. Her approaches to therapy is eclectic in nature. she has rigorous experience working with children with special needs, adolescents with behavioural issues, adults facing depression, anxiety and stress, OCD and geriatric population with neuro psychological deficits. Additionally She is a published author at Psychologs and have contributed to national as well as international journals. With this platform her aims is to help and educate people about their mental health needs in order to foster a sense of well being using practical approach and transformative power of seeking help.
