I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a range of emotional, behavioural, relational, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression and mood-related difficulties, relationship and family challenges, addiction-related concerns, emotional regulation, stress, burnout, and life transitions.My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, REBT, MET, Behaviour Modification, and psychoeducation, tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.I also provide psychological assessment and testing where clinically indicated.
