He truly listens to parents, which is extremely important, especially for new parents. He also takes the time to clearly explain the problem and guide us properly.
Dr. Rao is very gentle with children and makes them feel comfortable. Most importantly, he ensures his availability—something that is becoming rare these days, as many doctors do not even respond and insist on a visit for every small concern.
One really needs to consult him once and follow his advice to understand why I am writing this.
