Ms. Paul to start with is an amazing woman with a such calmness n poise in her. On the first cal where I'm skeptical and high in emotions, she actually calmed me down n asked me to be patient til the next day, where I went n spoke my heart out. She managed to put my agrression down and really heard me out.
The older generation of councillors in Kolkata have made councelling a money making business where they make their assistants ask personal questions to the patients. Lillie do they realise it's not an ENT appointment but it's for therapy and not all are open to share their mental problems ! There was Ms. Paul who just picks up the cal and on a friendly note tells me to come over and let's talk !
