Hoped for better: Treatment satisfactionValue for moneyExplanation of the health issue
Dr Sangram had come in initially through Portea for my father. He seems to be effective initially, but would talk more n work less, but he seemed to b a good physio. One day he suddenly quit Portea n was replaced by someone else.Later on after 3 months, we reached out to him to do physio privately.Though initially he seemed sincere, the sincerity reduced n he would not turn up on half the days citing some excuse or the other, even at the cost of slowing down the patients progress. He would not have a plan and would commit something n always went back on it.On insisting on a substitute to fill in when he is absent, he brought in another physio on the pretext that the two of them would give service for 7 days a week. But that was the last we saw of Sangram and the substitute physio became the regular one. When we requested reduction in the no of days of physio,he started finding reasons to quit * **** ***** * ****** ******* ********* *** *********** ****** ******** he suddenly stopped physio overnight, though it was critical for the patient. So, don't go ** *** ******* ********** ** * ****** *** ***** ******** ***** ********* * ********* ** ***** **** *** ************ ********** ******* *** ******* ** ************ * ** ** **** ***** ***** ***** *** **** ** ****** ****

Happy with: Treatment satisfactionDoctor friendliness
I booked aphysiotherapist for my mother who is 75 years old. She always kept colplaining about pain and lack of sleep for the last one year. After the therapy she is sleeping happily for the most of the time of the day and no more complain about joint pain. I feel relieved now.
