As this was the first visit. The doctor just prescribed for some diagnostic tests and USG. I did that and waiting for follow-up appointment. Hence it is unfair to speak about my happiness on treatment right now.. However Doctor was very nice & friendly. I think his secretary should be a bit more receptive while communicating with patients and also during booking appointment.

Dr Arnab Basak is a great doctor. He operated my ovarian cyst and also removed unnecessary fats . The weight of it was 3 to 3.5 kg . While the other doctors were afraid to handle the case, Dr Arnab Basak did it with ease. I will recommend to others also to trust him without any second thoughts.

I have been opearated hysterectomy by Dr. Arnab Basak at Apollo Hospital in the month of June 2022. He is a very good doctor. His behaviour is too good. He explains the disease very well. I am very much satisfied with his treatment and I am grateful to him.

We stay in Jharkhand. My wife visited the doctor on 26th July 2021 and was suggested Hysterectomy and some other procedure. Over telephone we were given operation date on 11th September 21 and appointment on 9th September 21. When visited on 9th September 21, traveling a distance of about 500 kms, the operation date was postponed to 28th September.
The doctor might be very good but due to this sudden change of dates we faced a lot of discomfort and had to incur unnecessary expense and harrassment.
