I didn't have any recommendations for her. I found her googling. She has helped me immensely. I had acidity, hormonal issues and orthopaedic problems. She looked into each one individually and guided me accordingly. I was overweight , her diet helped me lose weight. It's work in progress, i am happy. She is available on WhatsApp so I know I can reach out to her any time. My diet has changed a little but lifestyle has changed considerably. I would definitely recommend her.

Ma'am is very approachable and always happy to have a chat on whatsapp which is a very useful thing as you can quickly ask your questions and have them answered without having to go see her at at chamber. She prescribes diets based on one's needs and abilities and changes them from time to time to ensure there is continuous progress.
