I had a lot of anger management issues. Every small thing made me burst on everyone and I used to break stuff with my fists like glass bowls and mirrors and table glass. I even used to stomp on my laptop keyboard. but this doctor suggested me how to control my anger and given me a route to follow to help release of energy through other mediums like meditation and medicines. now I am not impulsive and I now know my anger is under my control and I am not under it's control.
