As an 18 y/o who'd just graduated high-school in a covid-stricken year, I was overwhelmed with anxiety thinking about my career ahead and stressed over the looming uncertainty the year brought on. Focussing on the simplest of tasks had become a problem, to sleep disorders and lack of interest in daily tasks. Consequently, I sought out a therapist who could guide me and make me visualize the bigger picture. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Ms. Moumita Ganguly's profile. Since the very first day, she has listened to all my issues patiently, reminded me of the life principles I had forgotten, that has calmed me down over the days and helped me gain my confidence. As a teenager, I was extremely overwhelmed by the societal pressure, even considering social media intimidation, and I was unable to open up to anybody. With Ms.Moumita Ganguly, I found a mentor who totally understands my perspective, and guides me along the right path. Stricken with irregular sleep over the last year, she urged me with a proper sleep routine and regular physical exercise which has helped me in maintaining a better mental health over the past month. As a person who strictly believes in maintaining a routine to lead my day, Moumita ma'am helped me to device a comfortable routine to go about my day that is devoid of any sort of stress, dissatisfaction or boredom. After consulting Moumita Ma'am, I also gained clarity in choosing a career path that I would truly love and to make life decisions fearlessly and without any regrets.

Although it has only been a month since I had consulted her, my life has changed in numerous ways, as I wake up with a new refreshing energy everyday, adapting to the new normal, and being grateful for everyday of life!

I took my first session in Feb 2022 when my entire world had fallen apart owing to psychological issues, unresolved family conflicts, childhood traumas, loneliness, stress, sexual orientation and sex problems. Moumita madam patiently has listened to all my problems over a couple of sessions and finally guided me with the right solution. She has helped me to find the root cause of my problems by giving simple examples from our day-to-day lives. I'm able to address most of the issues, and in the process of addressing the rest of them. Even today after more than a year, whenever I feel that I'm facing something that I'm unable to resolve by myself, I contact her and she always guides me with the right advice and solution.

She is the most friendly and comforting person. She made me feel heard and helped me deal with my issues. I'm very happy with her approach and it has been helping me a lot. In a unique way, she creates an environment of comfort and credibility, which helps me to share my issues and difficulties. She really helped me.

Though with 1-2 appointments my immediate anxiety problems were managed, though I didn't heal properly and moved to another therapist. *** ********* *** *** **** ** * **** **** ****** *********

After many research, visited Moumita ma'am and I am very happy with her counseling. I have been suffering from stress due to family related issue, which I explained to her. She listens to me very keenly and then advices me to take corrective measures step by step. She never rushes and never hurries with the time limit. Her approach is friendly. Happy to have been counseled by her.

During my last visit to India, I was suffering from extreme anxiety. That’s when I started consulting Moumita. She is a very patient listener. In her first session she just let me talk to better understand my problems. I was in a very vulnerable at that time so she tried counseling in a way which would make me feel heard and understood. And after I started becoming a bit stronger mentally, she was more forthcoming with her therapy. I would definitely recommend her to others because she changes her approach with patient’s condition which I found very helpful.

I visited her clinic to get rid of pornogrphic addiction She patiently listened my problems and help me identifying the underlying cause which was my inability to effectively communicate with others. She use to give tasks which would eventually help to outcome the problems. Nevertheless one has to work on his/her problems under the guidance of ma'am and only by that way it's possible to cure those. Online counseling is also available if anyone wants to avail it.

I had a decent experience however time management could be improved.
