My wife visited for my father in law's hearing issues. *** ******** ********* *** ********* ** ********** But we found the prices for ****** ****** **** ear cleaning and audiometry were much higher than market standards. Also, no bill was furnished post payment. Though we were suggested to purchase hearing aid we declined as we found similar services at much lower and affordable rate elsewhere. Appriciate the doctor for his guidance. As a feedback would advice to make to make services more affordable and share bill for payments made and be more transparent related to pricing of hearing devices their model and price breakup. The receptionist was expected to arrange a call back to follow up queries next day, which never happened. Pls try to make the whole treatment more customer friendly and affordable.

*** ****** *** **** ******* I found it really expensive. firstly in this app it's mentioned 600rs which is wrong. upon visiting the clinic I was told the amount is not updated and I paid 650 rs visiting charge. then I had to get my ear cleaned for which I was charged 800 rs in which only one ear was cleaned. total I paid 1450 for one ear cleaning and explaining my problem to him. it hardly took 10 mins in total and I felt it was way too expensive for the efforts it needed. ******* **** **** ****** **** **** **** ** **** ******

consultancy fee was 700, which was correct, but they said there was a lot of wax in my ear, so it needed to be cleaned. I thought this would be included in the consultancy fee. No one informed me that there would be an extra charge for this. Neither the nurse nor the doctor mentioned it. After the consultancy, they charged me an extra 900. The total was 1600. That is not worth it . Please mentioned the thing before .
