Gynae Care Clinic, Bhawanipore

I visited Dr. Pallavi for the first time followed by some pregnancy symptoms. She immediately diagnosed me for some complicated pregnancy case which I was completely unaware of. She explained everything in detail and suggested necessary treatment. From diagnosis to treatment and post treatment, everything went smooth. I am alright today and recovered well under her. She's indeed very approachable. She listens to patient's problems carefully and identifies problems well. Also she cooperated with me in providing necessary documents for mediclaim purpose. However, one place of improvement should be medical essentials in her clinic such as cotton (it was lacking during blood test or stitch cutting).

We paid the doctor's the fee which was 1000 and we were prepare for another 1000 for the medicines of MTP. The pregnancy was hardly of 20-25 days as i already informed the doctor. But without informing earlier they took the ultrasound test and for which the total cost was 3854. I even asked the attendees if it was going to cost more if I take the ultrasound because we couldn't afford that much. She didn't reply anything and they asked me do you wanna see the baby and just went for it. I couldn't say anything more there. We kind of regret going there now, as they could have mention earlier that it was going to cost that much. We could have just taken any meds from pharmacy but we decided to go there because we had faith in them and we thought it was the right decision. Taking the cost from 1.8 k to 3.8k, it was extremely regretful.

The clinic and confusion at the clinic could be changed to a better surrounding. There are to many things happening there at once. I feel the set up of the clinic is not organised. Though I’m very satisfied with the doctor but There are just too many people there besides her obviously doing too many things. Just need to be more organised and the doctors helpers should be more disciplined as it not a park, roaming with open hair and not explaining the prescription to the patients gives an impression to be ignored, do understand it wasn’t deliberate but the other person will feel so.
