My daughter who is near to 3 years old put a small plastic ball in her left ear, she complained after a day on uneasiness feel the next day when the ball actually went deep inside . We were in Panic and searched for an ENT specialist . Being Sunday ,Corona Period and above all Solar Eclipse made our search even tough. Our General Physician referred Dr Sayan Hazra who happened to sit at Shapoorjee Clinic. New Town , Kolkata .Dr Hazra was not available on clinic so we called him on his mobile number made available to us from the clinic. He picked the call in one go was extremely courteous and supportive on call .He gave an emergency appointment at his residence and provided us even the location of his residence address on Whatsapp enabling us to reach fast .

We visited his residence for the appointment we could see him ready with all necessary tools waiting for us . He asked few relevant questions and without wasting a minute further he took out the small ball with his proper surgical /medical tool...

His diagnostic approach and tools ( available with him ) seems handy and helpful . He was like an angel to us in our tough time .. we found him a through gentleman, supportive and approachable with the right kind of attitude to heal the patient.

I was in pain (Due to ear wax) from one week and I was looking for good ENT and I found Dr. Sayan Hazra in Practo. After going through the feedbacks shared by other patients I tried to book appointment but unfortunately doctor was out of town. I connected with him over WhatsApp and he prescribed me medicine to dissolve the wax and relieve ear discomfort.

Finally after 3-4 days I went to his chamber and Guess what, it took him only few minutes to look deep inside my ear using hi tech camera based equipment and clean my ear. He also examined my both ears (though I had issue in only one ear) and prescribed few medicine to take care of ear infection.

I am very happy with his way of explaining everything to me and how quickly he resolved my issue.

From my personal experience I can recommend Dr. Hazra for any ENT related issue to anyone without having a second thought.

The doctor was extremely polite. He first listened what the patient had to say and then started analysing. Then suggested medicines and also did what was required. Really really good.
