I went to her because from last many months I was feeling anxious all the time. My heart suddenly start beating fast, hands become cold, and I feel something bad will happen. Night time was pretty bad because I was not able to sleep properly. In office also I was scared without any reason.

When I met the doctor, she did not make me feel that I am weak or overthinking. She listened very patiently and let me finish my full story. She explained to me in very simple words what panic and anxiety is and why body reacts like this. That itself gave me some relief.

She did not give too many medicines at once. First she taught me small things to control my breathing and thoughts. Later she added medicine slowly and explained what I may feel. After few weeks my sleep improved and panic episodes reduced a lot.

I am still working on myself but now I feel more in control. I trust her because she is calm, clear and very practical. I would suggest her to anyone who is struggling silently with anxiety.”

Had visited Dr Supriya for my sister's treatment for Bipolar disorder. We didn't know anything about the illness. Dr advised her some medicines and they worked very well. She also explained us the issue in details. It's been a year that we met her and my sister is doing well

I do not recommend Dr. Supriya Mathur because she prescribed a medicine that is not available in any medical stores in Gurugram, which was very inconvenient.
