My brother is 6 yrs old and has diarrhoea and fever since last night consulted with doctor via video call at 11 am next day . The doctor prescribed medicine but only one was available in my hometown. Scanned all the pharmacies in my area . None of them had the medication, nor in any other brand with the same composition.

I messaged the doctor again and again regarding this problem and to suggest alternative medicine but there was no response. My brother’s fever was not getting any less and since morning he had no medicine. After 4 hrs I had to chat with the help desk to get a call back from the doctor. Overall terrible experience. DO NOT recommend this doctor at all .
