Respected patient, i am really sorry according to symptoms i had prescribed the medicine, and i told you without xray i can't prescribe any medicine and you told about your family condition and told me you are able to go for xray, then how I will diagnose, I am really srry you are facing problem because of me ,thnx for your feedback I will improve my teleconsultation
