words aren't just enough for these doctors... someone has really said that doctors can't be everywhere so they send mothers and doctors...both are giving us life that they dont even know..post 2nd wave of covid I was going through a rough mental phase... everything was fine around me but still I was having that fear that what if I might lose someone or something happened to me when covid started reducing these thoughts went away and I thought now I m fine but I was not that anxiety was lying to me somewhere... whenever even someone down with light fever I used to become over caring and negative thoughts always keeps running on my mind and one day I had panick attack too and then I decided that I will treat myself , I will do everything that makes me better bcs I dont want to die I want to live and then I came to practo , read all the review from the patients and I started consulting Dr Mahi... Dr Mahi understand my situation very well she told what I need to do what I not need to do, she gave me all sign of symptoms that I was going through and from the same day I started feeling so cool, so calm , I started feeling my breath that I have lost somewhere, she guided me everything that I need to follow everyday, n I started doing it , believe me I m feeling so good now , I started enjoying my Life again, I started cooking , I started playing, I started reading and nothing scares me now . I m still consulting with her bcs I dont want to go on that phase again , I believe her and I know one day I will be all fine . Thank you Dr Mahi

When you're dealing with some mental health issue, you look for a friend who listens and atleast tries to understand what you're saying.

Consolation and sympathy is one thing, but the most important thing that you need is a reality check, but in a way that a person who is going through a rough patch is willing to patiently understand.

Mahi created a comfortable and safe environment which helped me talk my heart out. She was a friend to me more than a doctor, i guess thats what I needed at the moment, but she also addressed my wrong decisions and told me how to improve on it. She helped me a lot and I'm really thankful to her.

I couldn't believe how someone can make me so comfortable within minutes as I was very susceptible to consult a female doctor in the first place.

She changed my perception to look at things in a better way and helped me to understand them in a much simpler manner. It would be too early to make a point but I feel a decade long problem of mine is solved in less than an hour.

I felt very relaxed and comfortable after talking to her. Also, I wouldn't be wasting my time searching for a good psychologist from now onwards as I have already found one.

If you are looking for a doctor who can understand you well, make you comfortable and be friendly while explaining things, then she is the perfect person to talk to.
